The Position
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Product Manager to oversee our product portfolio in line with Roche’s global goals and strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • University degree in Life Sciences or Business Management.
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial or marketing operations in the Healthcare sector (IVD experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Effective persuasive abilities and clear presentation skills.
  • Organized, proactive, and dynamic, with the ability to achieve goals with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the assigned product portfolio and align local marketing priorities with effective resource allocation.
  • Define and implement local marketing plans to ensure commercial success, equipping sales teams with necessary knowledge and tools.
  • Achieve quantitative (sales, KPIs, market share) and qualitative targets for the product line.
  • Develop and execute the Annual Marketing Plan for the defined portfolio.
  • Introduce new tests and technologies to the Italian market.
  • Efficiently manage costs and ensure accurate forecasting.
