Description

Are you a builder? Do you aspire to solve problems with products that deliver measurable outcomes for users? If so, TurboTenant is looking for you to join our team as an Associate Product Manager. This is your launchpad to becoming a product leader, where you’ll get hands-on experience by supporting a Group of cross-functional Product teams to build valuable products. We are looking for someone with a strong desire to learn and a proactive approach to supporting product initiatives.

ABOUT US:

At TurboTenant, we simplify the complex and intimidating process of managing your own rental property. And we do it through an elegant software platform for small, “do-it-yourself” landlords and their tenants. But don’t take our word for it. Read reviews from some of our 800,000+ landlords.

Responsibilities

As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll play a vital role in our product teams’ success and will be mentored to develop your product management skills. Your mission is to contribute to team OKRs and demonstrate a strong aptitude for learning. Here’s a look at what you’ll be doing:

  • Product Execution: You’ll support your Group’s PMs to accomplish their team’s work, assisting with breaking down projects into smaller, manageable tasks to deliver value as quickly as possible. You’ll also participate in making product decisions under the guidance of your manager.
  • Quality & Impact: You’ll assist with accurately prioritizing bugs and product confusion. You’ll also perform manual QA testing to make sure we deliver value to our users.
  • Measurement: You’ll learn to utilize quantitative data tools like Metabase and Mixpanel to explain the ‘why’ behind product decisions and to identify insights and opportunities that drive outcomes for the user and business. You will also participate in user research.
  • Strategic Thinking: You’ll learn how to operate at each elevation, going broad during ideation to jumping into the details during implementation. You will also learn about industry trends and competitive practices.
