JOB TITLE: ASSOCIATE PRODUCT MANAGER (INTEGRATIONS)

Location: Commutable to Witney (OX28)
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 + benefits
We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Associate Product Manager to join a dedicated integrations team. You will work closely with key stakeholders, take ownership of projects and develop your skills in product management.

In this role you will offer solutions to problems in ways that our customers love, yet work for our business. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to discover and deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of our partners and customers. You will be instrumental in shaping our success and driving value.

Responsibilities

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Collaborate with the Chief Product Officer to translate the product vision into actionable goals and initiatives.
  • Work with stakeholders, including external partners, to define product requirements.
  • Drive the delivery of product development projects.
  • Assist in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and interviews to identify needs and market opportunities.
  • Gather and prioritise requirements, feedback, usage data and requests to inform product decisions.
  • Assist in assessing solutions based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Participate in and run agile ceremonies.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Analyse user engagement data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for product optimisation and improvement.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS EXCITING ROLE CANDIDATES WILL:

  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies and plans.
  • Have experience of working alongside a Product Team, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Possess some technical understanding or experience with API, data integration, or platform technologies (advantageous).
  • Have experience of working in Agile development environments, with an understanding of Agile methodologies and practices (preferred).
