Job Description Primary Function of Position The Product Marketing Manager, da Vinci MP System, Vision, Software, Instrument & Accessories (I&A), Digital solutions, this role responsible for Intuitive Surgical Sarl Taiwan Branch marketing. This includes executing high-impact project plans to Taiwan team to manage the brand and drive procedure growth by introducing da Vinci technology. Essential Job Duties • Product launch planning and execution • Product roadmap planning (mid to long term) • Product positioning and feature/benefit messaging to internal/ external audiences • Pricing management • Product life cycle management (version, discontinuation, replacement) • Develop product KOL/reference surgeon & program site • Product claims evidence development with internal & external stakeholders • Product promotion campaign • Product tradeshow presence, demo and test-drive • Sales/Surgeon product support, satisfaction and VOC monitoring • Design and set up Intuitive digital business model • Support to set up Taiwan digital infrastructure with internal stakeholders • Build up local digital value messaging • Develop Digital KOL/ reference surgeon & Program site • Enable internal commercial team on digital knowledge and readiness • Drive Digital solutions adoption and userbase Qualifications Required Skills and Experience • Fluent verbal and written English required • At least 3 years related experience in healthcare industry is required • Proven ability to develop and implement projects or products management • Demonstrated success in leading a mid-term project • Interpersonal skills to work across functions/departments, able to manage multiple tasks • Strong presentation skill required • Computer skills required (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • Ability to travel 30% (including international) Required Education and Training • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required Working Conditions • None Preferred Skills and Experience • Surgical product and/or OR equipment experiences desired Additional Information Intuitive is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
