About the role MyHealthTeam, a Swoop company, is seeking an Associate Product Marketing Manager to enhance awareness and adoption of product features while assisting with new feature launches through iterative planning, testing, and learning processes. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this role focuses on product positioning, member value proposition messaging, and marketing strategies that engage our social network members. We’re growing, so there are plenty of cool things to tackle. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the way MyHealthTeams brings new product features and innovations to members. What you'll do Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, and in-product messaging. Support the planning, organization, and logistics of product feature launches. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Community, and Analytics to ensure alignment and successful execution. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics. Provide actionable insights to improve results. Contribute to member retention and reengagement strategies to keep users coming back. Support message testing and experimentation to refine positioning and member value messaging. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field — or equivalent experience Two to four years of experience in marketing or a related field, preferably in a technology or health industry Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Curiosity and a data-informed mindset, with a willingness to test, learn, and iterate Skills That Aren't Required, but Definitely a Plus Familiarity with project management software like Asana
