Description

WHO WE ARE

Wayfair’s UK & Ireland Marketing team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate, Production and Media Planning to support the end-to-end execution of media campaigns across channels like TV, VoD, OOH, Audio, Cinema and more.
Reporting into the Production Manager and working closely with the Head of Media and Marketing Operations, this role plays a key part in campaign delivery and production coordination, ensuring that all assets are delivered on time, on budget, on scope, and in line with Wayfair’s brand and channel requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career in media production and campaign operations within a high-growth marketing team.
This is a multifaceted role that requires adaptability and a hands-on approach—supporting day-to-day creative production and project management while also stepping in to assist with media planning, vendor management, and process optimization. If you enjoy working on a variety of tasks across production, media, and project management, this role is a great fit!
