We are seeking an organized and process-driven Design Production Associate to join our men’s outdoor and workwear apparel division. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a detail-heavy environment, managing approvals, organizing information, and partnering closely with design to ensure that production accurately reflects the developed product. The role is responsible for preparing production-ready information, managing approvals, and maintaining consistency throughout the production process. This individual must be confident managing communication across multiple styles, components, and timelines. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of materials and production processes, with the ability to identify inconsistencies and communicate issues clearly. Key Responsibilities * Initiate the production phase once purchase orders are issued. * Prepare production tech packs and materials (fabrics, colors, trims, and artwork) for handoff to nominated vendors. * Review, comment, and approve all production materials, ensuring execution is aligned with approved standards. * Serve as the primary point of contact with vendors for all production approval communication related to assigned styles. * Maintain fabric libraries and production documentation to support consistency and counter-source developments when needed. Qualifications * 4+ years of experience in apparel production, product development, or a related field. * Strong knowledge of materials, trims, and packaging components * Experience working directly with mills and factories * Track record managing tech packs and approval workflows * Sharp eye for detail and ability to juggle multiple styles/deadlines * Proficiency in Excel and Adobe Illustrator Benefits: * 5 PSST days, 10 Vacation Days * Company holidays include closures between Christmas and New Year’s * Hybrid schedule: 8:30 am to 5:00 pm On-site Monday to Thursday, Remote Friday  * 401(K) with a $1,000 company match & profit sharing (eligible after 1 year) * Discretionary annual bonus in December * Business casual work environment
