Abbott Automation Solutions GmbH in Hamburg is looking for an Associate Production Documentation Engineer (m/f/d)
Primary Function Responsible for developing and changing of production/manufacturing related work -, test- & packaging instructions (Production Documents), which are part of the Device Master Record.
Assists in tasks or activities for developing and changing documents with further production related informations, requirements and tests, which cannot be found on technical drawings or diagrams (mechanical & electrical).

Major Responsibilities

• Assissts in development and change of work -, test- & packaging instructions (Production Documents) and seeks proactively support or guidance by mjore experienced colleague.
• Collaborate with product experts, subject matter experts and production teams (internal/external)
• Assists in perform technical feasibility of content in production documents by planning, coordinate and execute reviews across departments and/or execution of production tasks (if applicable with/by external partners).
• Create change descriptions (from/to) within the change requests accordance to abbotts standard operating procesures.
• Assists in review (technical and editorial) and steer approval of production documents in APLM.
• Participate in cross functional teams and align on scope and timeline and communicate necessary inputs and project risks
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements in documentation.

Minimum Requirements Education:

• Masters in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivialent technical area
• Bachelor (m/w/d) or technican (m/w/d) in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivialent technical area with 2+ years work experiance
• Apprentieceship in a manufacturing related discipline with 4+ years work experiance Background:
• Work experience in mechanical/electrical engineering or special macheneriy and equipment preferred

• Experience with editorial or content management systems preffered • Excellent use of MS Office products

• Excellent verbal and written English and German communication skill
