Description

As a Product and Trade Support Associate in private wealth management, you will play a key mid-office role, providing comprehensive support to the sales team. This position involves hands-on experience in client onboarding, account maintenance, and trade-related processes. Through comprehensive training programs, you will deepen your understanding of investing and asset classes, while specializing in financial products such as bonds, funds, structured products, and OTC derivatives. Additionally, you will develop expertise in product management and client engagement, ensuring efficient and seamless support for the sales team across all aspects of service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete training modules on investing and financial products
  • Support Sales on day-to-day tasks including; Client enquires, Account opeing and review, Complete relevant documentation requirements, Pre-Trade, Trade and Post-Trade process, Complete relevant documentation requirements
  • Support the Products team on day-to-day engagement and operation including; product design and pricing,product lifecycle management, product performance and portfolio review, product due diligence (back up)
  • Participate in Products team ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder
  • Major in Finance, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Accounting is a plus
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • A passion for financial markets, investment strategies, and client service
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is required for effective communication with clients
