Delivering measurable results Descripción del empleo Misión del Puesto: • Cumplir con la meta de monitoreos requerido por el banco a sus clientes usuarios de los diferentes servicios financieros. Realizando sus actividades desde las instalaciones de los proveedores del banco desde donde se realiza el monitoreo y con la disponibilidad para moverse entre estos distintos centros de contacto. Principales responsabilidades: • Realizar monitoreo de grabaciones de Venta, No Venta y Rechazo (o las que sean asignadas) proporcionadas por el banco o a través de sus proveedores de telemarketing. • Generar reportes de su desempeño a través de hojas de cálculo (Excel), minutas de actividades, análisis de desviación respecto a los monitoreos realizados, entre otros. • Realizar retroalimentaciones a personal del centro o al banco como sea designado en sus actividades diarias. • Disponibilidad de horario de Lunes a Sábado de 9 a 18 horas (con posibilidad de movimiento en la jornada hasta las 20 horas con ajuste de horario), 48 horas semanales. .#INDSP Requisitos Education & Certification Se requiere diploma de educación secundaria Preferred Skills & Experience Esta posición es en Español, no requiere Inglés No se requiere experiencia previa en Aseguramiento de Calidad; la experiencia en centros de llamadas y una comprensión clara de las tareas y procesos de Aseguramiento de Calidad son esenciales Información adicional All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
