THIS POSITION IS A HYBRID ROLE BASED IN OUR MISSISSAUGA OFFICE WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO WORK 2 DAYS REMOTELY PER WEEK.

Team/Function: Team/Function: This team is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience through expert management of quoting, order processing, and logistics.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all sales orders are processed efficiently and accurately and that delivery deadlines are met.
• Creating quotes for customers and sending ETA’s (estimated time of arrivals).
• Provides support to Sales teams (inside/outside) representatives within Ingram.
• Address inquiries related to orders, product availability, and delivery timelines.
• Responsible for monitoring overall account activity for assigned vendors.
• Ensure timely responses to service level agreements (SLAs), consistently meeting the 2–4 hour turnaround time for inquiries and requests.
• Maybe responsible for data research, aligning numbers to customers’ accounts.
• Expected to provide late shift coverage on vendor quarter-end and month-end periods.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Diploma or degree in IT, Business, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of strong customer service background.
• Familiar with Dell storage solutions and networking technologies would be ideal.
• Analytical professional with strong skills in data research and interpretation.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in sales support and order processing is preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Resilient and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, order management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
