QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma, degree, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 1-2 years of customer service, sales, or retail experience preferred.
- Experience in outbound cold calling would be an asset.
- Demonstrates resourcefulness and strong financial acumen.
- Skilled at managing multiple priorities simultaneously while leveraging strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes and drive successful results.
- Highly motivated and capable of working independently, demonstrating the ability to take initiative and achieve goals.
- A collaborative team player who embraces opportunities for growth and development.
- Strong experience with MS Office Suite.
- Follows standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.

Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work as a liaison between vendors and the organization.
- Provides specialized consultative service and implements, drives, and maintains vendor programs, marketing, and training.
- Actively market and advocate for the vendor’s products or services, utilizing strategic sales techniques to increase visibility, generate leads, and drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and monitor vendor performance.
- Research invoice and contractual issues and resolve discrepancies.
