Main roles & responsibilities

Required qualification & skills

• PhD in Healthcare Management from an accredited university, preferably ranked among the top 200 globally.
• Demonstrated expertise in healthcare management and its practical applications.
• Ability to teach healthcare management courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels.
• Preference for candidates with experience in teaching health economics, health finance, health quality, and health information systems.
• Proven success in teaching at accredited universities.
• Experience teaching in online learning environments.
• Ability to incorporate industry insights into curriculum design and classroom teaching.
• Proven experience in developing and delivering professional workshops tailored to specifi

• Teaching: Conduct online courses in health management, covering topics such as health economics, operations management, health quality, and health information systems
• Curriculum Development: Design instructional materials and e-content for healthcare management, incorporating industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Research: Contribute to the academic community by publishing research in high-quality, peer-reviewed journals. Develop research proposals, secure funding for healthcare management-related projects, and supervise master’s theses.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance, advice, and mentorship to learners, supporting them throughout their academic and professional journeys.
• Professional Development: Develop and deliver professional short courses and workshops tailored to the needs of specific target groups and professional communities.
• Service: Support academic programs by fulfilling essential responsibilities, including activities related to program accreditations and institutional requirements.
