ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a passionate and highly motivated Associate Programs Manager to drive impactful initiatives, manage stakeholder engagement, and enhance our communication and marketing strategies. This role is integral in supporting the coordination and execution of strategic programs and events, ensuring seamless collaboration across our partner organisations. If you’re a proactive professional with expertise in marketing, communications, event management, and stakeholder engagement, this is your chance to contribute to the growth and community of ground-breaking research and innovation in the health sector.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration-Foster strong relationships with researchers, industry partners, funding bodies, and internal committees
  • Marketing, Communications & Public Relations - Develop and manage strategic marketing campaigns, social media, branding, and digital content
  • Event & Sponsorship Management - Plan and execute high-impact conferences, networking events, and engagement activities
  • Program Management Support - Assist in program execution, project lifecycle management, and governance documentation
  • Governance & Committee Support - Provide administrative support, coordinate meetings, and manage governance processes

WHAT CAN YOU BRING TO THIS ROLE?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, communications and events coordination or management
  • Experience in working in a multi-organisational stakeholder engagement role
  • Experience in WordPress is highly desirable, but not a must
  • Strong experience in social media and content creation
  • Strong ability to be able to prioritise and juggle multiple projects at a time
