Job Title: Technical Delivery Lead Location: Mumbai / Pune Company: eClerx Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Technical Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team in Mumbai/Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, technical architecture, and project management, with extensive experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex technical projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business problems into scalable technical solutions while managing multiple projects simultaneously. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Leadership: * Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of multiple technical projects. * Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, deliverables, and timelines. * Demonstrate strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g., eCommerce, supply chain, BFSI workflows) and align technical delivery with business outcomes. 2. Technical & Solution Leadership: * Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in software development and architecture. * Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve delivery efficiency. * Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing hands-on support when required. * Ability to design solution approaches grounded in real-world business scenarios, not just application or system-level thinking. 3. Business & Stakeholder Engagement: * Collaborate with clients, business users, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular updates, and ensure alignment with business goals. * Demonstrate strong analytical thinking by asking the right business questions and offering data-driven insights and recommendations. * Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leadership and business stakeholders. 4. Team Management: * Manage, mentor, and develop technical teams, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. * Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. 5. Process & Innovation: * Implement and optimize agile methodologies and modern SDLC practices (Scrum, DevOps, QA engineering). * Continuously improve delivery processes, tools, and standards. * Stay current with emerging technologies such as GenAI, LLMs, and agent-based systems, and identify practical use cases for business and delivery optimization. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Qualifications: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. * 18+ years of experience in IT with strong hands-on development and delivery leadership. * Proven experience as a Technology Architect, Technical Manager, or Project Lead. * Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL), Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS). * Strong experience with agile delivery, JIRA, Scrum, Kanban, and project management tools. * Demonstrated ability to understand business models (eCommerce, BFSI, Supply Chain, etc.) and apply analytical thinking to solve business problems. * Exposure to AI/ML concepts, GenAI, LLMs, or intelligent automation is a strong plus. * Proven track record of managing complex, business-critical programs across regions. * AWS Cloud Practitioner / Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) preferred. * Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi. eClerx is a global leader in productized services, bringing together people, technology and domain expertise to amplify business results.
