As a leader, the candidate must build engaged and high-impact direct, virtual, and cross-functional teams, and take the lead towards raising the performance bar, build capability and bring out the best in their teams.  Role and responsibility:  Facility Operations & Administration * Manage end‑to‑end facility operations including preventive and corrective maintenance, repairs, inspections, and regulatory compliance. * Oversee deployment, performance, and scheduling of housekeeping and security staff. * Manage all Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), ensuring timely renewals, SLA adherence, and scheduled reporting. * Maintain adequate pantry supplies, BCP inventory, and operational consumables with complete documentation and audit readiness. * Ensure compliance with ESG guidelines and coordinate facility‑related requirements with landlords and external stakeholders. Travel & Hospitality Management * Handle hotel and guest house bookings in line with company travel policy. * Publish monthly reports on occupancy, utilization trends, service levels, and traveler feedback. * Conduct periodic audits and collect structured feedback from at least 15% of travelers. * Ensure 100% adherence to travel policy for cab bookings and travel arrangements. * Manage travel‑related billing, verify data accuracy, and prevent duplicate invoices. * Coordinate end‑to‑end travel arrangements for Independent Directors (flights, hotels, cabs) and publish daily travel status reports. Events, Meetings & Stakeholder Coordination * Organize and manage board meetings, leadership offsites, and corporate events end‑to‑end—logistics, vendor coordination, venue setup, and hospitality. * Act as the point of contact for all corporate events; collaborate closely with vendors, procurement, and internal teams. Vendor & Cost Management * Lead vendor negotiations, drive operational efficiencies, and achieve at least 25% annual cost savings. * Manage vendor SLAs with structured monthly reviews, scorecards, and performance trackers. * Maintain MIS, billing trackers, accrual records, compliance documents, and audit‑ready documentation. * Prepare ad‑hoc analysis, reports, and dashboards as required by management. Experience & Skills Required: * 15+ years of experience in Facility Management, Travel Desk Operations, Vendor Management, or Corporate Administration. * Strong understanding of facility operations, AMC management, travel policies, and corporate administrative processes. * Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder‑management skills. * Proven experience in vendor negotiation and cost optimization. * High attention to detail with strong reporting, documentation, and compliance focus. * Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced environment.
