JOB DESCRIPTION

Leidos Gibbs & Cox is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Program Manager to support the O/MUSV O&S program. This junior-level role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their program management skills in a technical and mission-driven environment. The selected candidate will work closely with the PM, DPM, engineers, and cross-functional teams to help track progress, support communication, and contribute to project planning and execution.
Leidos Gibbs & Cox is an EEO/An Affirmative Action M/F/D/V Employer

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • 2+ years servicing NAVSEA or a comparable DoN or DoD acquisition program office.
Come break things (in a good way). Then build them smarter.
We’re the tech company everyone calls when things get weird. We don’t wear capes (they’re a safety hazard), but we do solve high-stakes problems with code, caffeine, and a healthy disregard for “how it’s always been done.”
Responsibilities
  • Support programmatic responsibility (cost, schedule, performance)
  • Assist in tracking project tasks, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Support the definition and documentation of program requirements, dependencies, and risks
  • Help coordinate meetings, technical exchanges, and briefings
  • Draft status updates, reports, and visualizations for internal use and leadership reviews
  • Monitor initiative progress and escalate potential issues to PMs as needed
  • Participate in requirement reviews and contribute to maintaining traceability documentation
  • Help update integrated project roadmaps and maintain awareness of key milestones
