The Associate Program Manager will be responsible for coordinating activities across the new product development cycle for hardware and software products within ADI. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams. This role requires a customer‑focused mindset, a willingness to learn, and the ability to drive tasks forward in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment. Job Duties - Collaborate with Engineering (Hardware and Software), UI/UX, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, and partner vendors to create and manage product development plans. - Build and maintain project schedules with robust dependencies. - Report status on project risks, upcoming milestones, and team priorities, ensuring alignment across cross‑functional partners. - Prepare clear, actionable issue summaries for review by business leaders. - Identify project constraints and subsequently cross-functional mitigation plans. - Manage and prioritize multiple ongoing projects with guidance from senior team members. You Must Have - 0–2 years’ experience supporting or coordinating technical or product‑focused projects. - Experience working with international suppliers and/or cross‑functional teams. - Ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear, simple manner. - Strong planning, and analytical problem‑solving skills. - Demonstrated ownership of tasks with a focus on driving completion.
