     Join our Team as an Associate Program Manager!   The Role: We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Associate Program Manager who brings enthusiasm and expertise to the table. In this role, you'll work with the assigned Program Manager, coordinating essential tasks on moderately complex or large/complex projects to support strategic business initiatives. You will coordinate and complete directly-assigned, small, non-complex projects on time, within budget, and scope. You will track milestone progress and follow up with project leads on the status of their assigned project tasks.  This role performs work under general supervision and handles small/minor issues, referring complex or unusual issues to others, keeping the program manager informed.   What You’ll Be Doing: * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors. * Ensure project resource needs are understood and validate assignment of resources with department managers. * Ensure that directly assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. * Facilitate approval of project scope and objectives across all relevant stakeholders. * Working with assigned Program Manager, facilitate real-time updates of detailed project plans to monitor and track progress. * Upkeep status of project work items in software development management system. * Facilitate approvals of changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs by project sponsors. * Coordinate project meetings, ensuring timely scheduling of meetings with the applicable internal and external project contributors. * Coordinate project events, reserving venues and technical equipment, and facilitating meals and catering.  * Prepare and distribute detailed meeting minutes. * Organize project documentation and ensure distribution to project team. * Prepare reports regarding status of projects. * Track invoices and project costs in budge-tracking worksheets. * Facilitate collaboration and communication across the project team. * Perform related work as assigned. * Regular attendance in the workplace is required for interaction with others and to support teamwork What We’re Looking For: * Bachelor’s degree (related field is preferred). * Three or more years of broad experience in project or program management. * Experience working with software implementation projects is a plus. * Experience working with software development management systems (such as Jira or Azure DevOps) is a plus.  Knowledge and Skills: * Understands and applies a general knowledge of the concepts, practices and procedures relating to the project/program management fields. * Possesses good project management skills including, but not limited to: * Planning and organization. * Attention to detail, with the ability to successfully transition between projects. * Facilitating collaboration across the project team. * Tracking project budgets. * Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills. * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Project Management software Where and When You’ll Work: * Enjoy the best of both worlds with a hybrid schedule—collaborate in person at our Greene, NY office and work remotely What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:   Salary - $83,340 - $106,845 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
