Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Revenue Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities and drive revenue by acquiring new clients through cold calling, networking, and relationship-building. Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Regularly engage in cold calling and outreach to generate leads, introduce Adecco’s services, and secure new business opportunities. Agile Sales Strategy: Implement agile sales strategies to quickly adapt to client needs and market changes, ensuring a flexible and responsive approach to meet business and revenue goals. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding, ensuring successful placements that meet client requirements. Revenue Growth & Targets: Meet and exceed revenue and sales targets by consistently bringing in new business and expanding your client base. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and maintain revenue streams. Industry Expertise & Market Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry and provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, salary trends, and talent acquisition strategies to position Adecco as the go-to recruitment partner.
