THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Passion for all things digital media and proven hands-on experience in planning & buying successful paid social, programmatic and/or search campaigns. (Min. 3 years of in-platform experience)
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of either/or programmatic DSPs (DV360, TTD, Amazon, e-retailer DSPs etc), Social (Meta, TikTok etc), Search (Google ads, Bing ads).
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of other tech platforms such as CM360, DoubleVerify, GA4.
  • Experience in stakeholder management with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and a poiser presenter.
  • A desire to grow your knowledge of digital marketing platforms and champion being a subject matter expert.
  • Excellent organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks (your own and the teams) based on deliverables. You will be responsible for junior member’s output.
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity for numbers is key. You must be able to analyse raw data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed.
  • Experience in managing teams, setting objectives, aiding with task prioritisation, and leading by example.
  • Experience working with key partners across channels.
  • Self-motivated, flexible and takes the initiative to do what’s needed.
  • Fluent in English
