POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an Associate, Project Control to support the administrative management of project control points across large-scale programs. This role will serve as the operational backbone for project tracking, ensuring that planning data, control points, and progress updates are accurately captured, maintained, and administered within program tooling. The Associate will not be accountable for delivering insights or decision-making but will provide critical support to ensure planning discipline and accurate recordkeeping across a high volume of workstreams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: 5-6 years in project coordination, project support, or similar administrative/project control roles.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple inputs simultaneously.
  • Tools: Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Clarity, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar).
  • Mindset: Process-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured, repeatable role.

Responsibilities
  • Tool Administration: Maintain and update project control tooling to ensure all control points, milestones, and dependencies are accurately reflected.
  • Planning Support: Input, validate, and update project schedules and deliverables within established processes.
  • Documentation & Tracking: Ensure project documentation, status updates, and key control data are consistently maintained.
  • Governance Support: Provide administrative support for governance forums, reviews, and checkpoints by preparing materials, capturing updates, and reflecting outcomes in tooling.
  • Data Integrity: Perform quality checks on planning and reporting data to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with program managers and project leads to ensure inputs are captured and processed in a timely manner.
