Position Description The Associate Project Controls Specialist shall perform project control activities on specific projects, including essential functions below. Essential Functions Prepare status reports, project budgets/costs reports, progress measurement reports, and other related activities. Coordinate with Project Manager and Project Team on tracking performance against budget and schedule. Prepare and process invoices on each project and monitor cash flow. Assist in developing and maintaining staffing and manpower plans. Interface with in-house departments and third parties for invoicing and cost tracking purposes. Requirements Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Business-related major 0-1 years Project Controls experience Proficient in MS Excel Competencies Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Work Environment/Physical Demands Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Frequent sitting and operating a computer. Must be able to use body members to work, move or carry objects or office materials. Must be able to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.
