The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking an Associate Integrated Planning & Scheduling Specialist (Level 2) to join the Integrated Planning & Scheduling group located in Oklahoma City, OK.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience working with large data sets required (e.g. advanced Excel, Power Pivot, Tableau and/or Microsoft Power BI)
  • Associate’s degree or higher

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):

  • Experience in using Integrated Scheduling tools such as: Open Plan Professional, Microsoft Project Professional, Enterprise Project Management, or a similar tool
  • Experience in Critical Path Methodology, analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with program management / project management
  • Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Experience using Milestone Professional.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports preparation, development, coordination, scheduling, and change management activities of maintaining an integrated plan to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards.
  • Participates in maintaining, analyzing and producing metrics related to plans.
  • Assists more experienced personnel with risk assessments, developing mitigation plan and refining the business case.
  • Develops, collects, organizes and provides data, updates task, to maintain status of programs, schedule, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
  • Coordinates document work statements and resulting schedules.
  • Identifies and provide reports on performance variances, project status, change information to project team.
  • Communicates plan changes and recovery plans to ensure commitment to stakeholders.
