Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Associate Service Project Manager in the Human System Interface department, you specialize in handling customer inquiries related to HSI services. Reporting directly to Norbert Stiller, you are responsible for managing service contracts. In doing so, you consistently keep time and budget constraints in mind while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Service and Order Processing: Responsible for handling customer orders, including personnel planning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems and equipment.
  • Customer Coordination: Defining and coordinating workflows and on-site execution with the customer.
  • Documentation: Creating and updating system documentation and reports, including modifying and supplementing documents such as system overviews, functional diagrams, circuit diagrams, and cable plans.
  • Point of Contact: Reliable point of contact for organizational issues, both remotely and on-site for national and international customers.
  • Travel: Approximately 10% travel, with 60–70% of that within Germany.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring and increasing customer satisfaction through excellent service across all project phases.
  • Personal Responsibility: Acting independently with a strong sense for people and business — in alignment with ABB’s values of safety and integrity.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE

  • Bildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektro- oder Informationstechnik mit umfassendem Fachwissen und praktischen Fähigkeiten.
  • Berufserfahrung: 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung im Anlagengeschäft sind wünschenswert.
  • Technische Fähigkeiten: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Betriebssystemen und Office Anwendungen für eine effiziente und produktive Arbeitsweise.
  • Netzwerktechnik und IT-Sicherheit: Expertise in Netzwerktechnik und IT-Security sowie Erfahrung mit virtuellen Systemen
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für internationale Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit.
  • Arbeitssicherheit: Starke Fokussierung auf Arbeitssicherheit und die Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsrichtlinien zur Gewährleistung eines sicheren Arbeitsumfelds.
