Key Responsibilities Support project lifecycle activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure Coordinate project tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones Assist in preparing project plans, schedules, and effort estimates Monitor project dependencies and highlight risks or delays Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support hybrid delivery models Maintain project documentation including status reports and project artifacts Identify and escalate risks, issues, and support mitigation actions Assist in managing and tracking change requests and their impact Support stakeholder communication and ensure alignment on project updates Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution Ensure adherence to project processes and quality standards Person Specifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or a related field 2 – 4 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in the software industry Exposure to IT or digital transformation projects is an added advantage Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Good understanding of Agile and Scrum practices Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good stakeholder management and coordination skills Basic leadership and decision-making ability Proficiency in tools such as MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Jira, and Confluence
