Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to support the delivery of IT and AV infrastructure projects for corporate and enterprise systemsGo clients based in Bengaluru. This role is well suited for candidates with early-stage project management experience who can quickly integrate into ongoing projects and support delivery teams in a fast-paced consulting environment. Candidates with immediate or short-notice availability will be strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Technical Oversight Support end-to-end delivery of IT and AV infrastructure projects under the guidance of senior Project Managers Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and technology vendors to ensure smooth execution Assist in tracking project schedules, budgets, and deliverables Support technical alignment with client requirements, approved designs, and site conditions Review vendor quotations and assist in identifying delivery, cost, and implementation risks Maintain accurate project documentation, drawings, material trackers, and handover records Pre-Sales Support Work closely with sales and technical teams to assist in scoping project requirements Support preparation of proposals, cost estimates, timelines, and resource plans Participate in client meetings, site surveys, and technical discussions Assist with bid documentation, technical clarifications, and proposal submissions Communication & Reporting Prepare project documentation using Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint Support regular project status reporting to internal stakeholders and management Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams Proactively escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to senior team members Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in IT, AV, or infrastructure project coordination or support Basic understanding of project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2, or equivalent) Exposure to one or more of the following technical areas is an advantage: Structured Cabling and Racks AV & Video Conferencing Systems Data & Telephony Networks Access Control or Security Systems Server Rooms or IT Infrastructure Language Requirements Fluent in English (written and spoken) Ability to communicate clearly with regional and global stakeholders Key Attributes Strong organizational and time-management skills Detail-oriented with a structured approach to documentation Comfortable working on-site across Bengaluru and supporting regional travel when required Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn Immediate or short-notice availability is a strong advantage Capable of developing into a full Project Manager role over time Location Bengaluru, Karnataka Department Project & Consulting Services Employment Type Full-Time Minimum Experience Entry-level
