Associate Project Manager – Customer Education We’re looking for an Associate Project Manager to join our Customer Education team. This role is ideal for someone looking to manage education projects, support content localization, and maintain customer-facing knowledge assets. You’ll support global education operations, work closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the delivery of scalable learning resources across our software products. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor’s degree in education, industrial learning and development, or a related field. 2 years of project management experience, including managing multiple concurrent projects. 2 years of experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting platforms such as LMS or content management systems. 2 years of experience using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and/or Power BI, or other tools, including building dashboards, tracking usage metrics, and maintaining reporting infrastructure. Proficiency in English (written and spoken). It would be great if you also had . . . Experience with UI, documentation, or eLearning translation workflows. Experience with GitHub or similar version‑control systems. Experience administering or supporting a Learning Management System (LMS). Experience applying AI tools to improve productivity or automate operational processes What will you be doing in this role? Coordinate and track end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with timelines and defined scope. Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), including configuration, user management, and reporting. Manage translation workflows for documentation, eLearning, UI strings, and online help assets across multiple software products. Build and maintain usage dashboards and analytics reports to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams involved in content development, product updates, localization, and customer education. Support platform operations by learning new systems quickly and providing technical troubleshooting. Incorporate AI-driven tools and workflows to optimize project and content operations. About the Team You’ll join a global team specializing in eLearning development, instructional design, technical writing, and content localization. The team develops customer-facing knowledge assets—including online tutorials, certification programs, online help, and release notes—supporting all core A&G Software products.
