Job Description The Opportunity: Associate PM – Creative Operations helps to drive the completion of visual assets for assigned Brands through the consumer journey, from Packaging to eCommerce, and Social Media. What Your Impact Will Be: Track and manage omnichannel asset creation in WorkFront for assigned Mattel brands Collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure samples, 3D renders, and high-res images Support photo shoot production, including logistics, product prep, and on-set coordination Lead weekly status meetings to track deliverables and escalate blockers as needed Maintain digital assets through tagging, organization, and publishing workflows Partner with Creative and Production to ensure asset accuracy and brand consistency Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows Document and communicate clearly to support cross-functional alignment Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Core Values: Nimble, Communicative, & Collaborative Strong experience in project management, able to focus and multitask Strong sense of organization, leadership, communication, and business acumen Professionalism - must possess excellent client service skills Ability to lead meetings and present at a high level Production experience or knowledge of photo and video production Ability to create process and follow procedures Experience with Workfront or other management tools, MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud This position is onsite in El Segundo *The pay range is indicative of projected hiring range, however base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills and experience.
