JANA’s Associate Project Managers are responsible for guiding projects from conception to completion. Several projects are typically in the process of being completed at any given time, and an Associate Project Manager must be able to manage multiple aspects of the process simultaneously. Associate Project Managers work cross-functionally and communicate to all parties involved in a project.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Undergraduate degree in a STEM or Business field
• 2+ years of Project Management experience
• Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred, or working towards PMP certification
• Developing a strong understanding of project management techniques and methods
• Familiar change management principles
• Must be able to travel in the US and Canada up to 20% of the time

• Coordinates multiple projects throughout the project lifecycle
• Organizes to plan project tasks and schedules with project subject matter experts (SMEs)
