Atwell is looking for an Associate Project Manager to lead and oversee innovative commercial and residential land development projects in Belcamp, Maryland. What You'll Do: Lead with Impact: Drive site civil projects from start to finish, ensuring each phase aligns with our high standards and client expectations. Design with Precision: Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision for cutting-edge project design and analysis. Cultivate Relationships: Build and nurture strong client relationships, delivering exceptional results that exceed their expectations. Expand Horizons: Identify and seize new business opportunities to contribute to our firm's growth and success. Manage Financials: Oversee project financials, including billing and invoicing, to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Mentor and Inspire: Guide and support junior staff, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment. Ensure Quality: Implement rigorous quality control measures to uphold our commitment to high standards. Grow Professionally: Work closely with a mentor to enhance your business development skills, proposal writing, and invoicing expertise. What You Bring: Licensure: A Professional Engineer license in Maryland. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Vision technologies. Experience: Proven track record in managing both commercial and residential land development projects. Communication Skills: Strong client management and interpersonal abilities. Business Acumen: Demonstrated skills in business development and a proactive approach to opportunities.
