Job Description Plan and manage small/medium to large-scale projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery in line with project objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality expectations Responsible for the overall delivery of assigned projects, ensuring smooth resource planning, scheduling, prioritization, and task coordination Adhere to established project management methodologies, including standards for governance, documentation, reporting, and project data management Track progress towards project goals/milestones and provide regular status updates to all internal and external stakeholders Implement project activities through resourcing, scheduling, prioritization, and task coordination as per the project management plan Liaise with customers, internal stakeholders, and principals to address needs, risks, concerns, and expectations during project planning and execution Establish, maintain, and carry out communication with all internal and external stakeholders in an effective and collaborative manner Act as the single point of contact for customers on assigned projects, coordinating project-related communication, follow-ups, and delivery updates Identify, maintain, and provide mitigation or action plans for project risks and issues, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation where required Evaluate and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, deliverables, and other project activities to support effective project execution Complete assigned project deliverables, obtain customer sign-off, and advise relevant internal teams on invoicing, project closure, or handover to support services Manage the complete project implementation lifecycle in close collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders Update domain and project management knowledge through available learning opportunities, knowledge transfer, and industry updates Provide inputs to improve existing project management practices within the organization Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across project execution, coordination, governance, and delivery practices Provide guidance and support to Assistant Project Managers as required to ensure smooth project execution Provide support to other functions beyond the immediate scope of responsibilities where required to achieve common organizational goals Undertake any other business-related tasks requested by the Line Manager Person Specification Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field Minimum 06+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 03 years of experience in a Project Management role Minimum 02 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or equivalent project delivery role will be considered an advantage PMP or PRINCE2 training/certification will be an added advantage Experience being part of moderately complex to complex projects within project delivery or related environments Experience handling or being part of Infrastructure and Platforms, Cloud, Database, Data Science, or related technology projects will be considered an advantage Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance practices, planning, budgeting, risk management, and delivery coordination Strong project leadership and coordination capabilities with hands-on involvement in project execution Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers, internal teams, principals, and stakeholders High attention to detail with the ability to monitor project health, scope, quality, risks, issues, and delivery progress Familiarity with change management principles and adaptability in evolving project environments Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional and team-oriented environments Strong customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes Strong behavioral competencies such as problem-solving, teamwork, accountability, stakeholder management, and time management
