Responsibilities

THE ROLE:

Join Monarch Medical Technologies as an Associate Project Manager and kickstart your career in a supportive, innovative environment. This career-accelerating opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in customer care and process management while contributing to healthcare technology (clinical decision support software for hospitals) that makes a real difference.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As an Associate Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the implementation process, from project planning and timeline development through installation, go-live, and post-implementation activities.
You will work cross-functionally with internal technical and clinical support personnel, as well as external client stakeholders, to ensure project tasks are tracked, risks are identified early, and communication remains clear and consistent. This role is designed for individuals with strong organizational and communication skills who are looking to develop their project management capabilities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

In this role, you will:

  • Coordinate projects from sales hand-off to post go-live for both technical and clinical implementation activities.
  • Manage ongoing communications, timelines, and deliverables, meeting customer expectations in highly complex implementations.
  • Facilitate and manage communication between the client and Monarch team.
  • Define and document project tasks and resource requirements and allocation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
  • Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leads regular status meetings with the project team.
