EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.

EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience in project budget management or related financial responsibilities.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel (large datasets, data organization).

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to read and interpret financial metrics.
  • Ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization, including senior leadership.
  • Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Customer-facing project management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of public right-of-way project deployment a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Understand and execute on customer contracts, scope of work, goals, and project/financial timelines.
  • Interface with customer contacts; attend customer deployment meetings as the Company’s SME.
  • Maintain accurate, reportable data in both company and customer systems.
  • Monitor and report on financial status against commitments; ensure stakeholders are informed.
  • Proactively identify and resolve conflicts; escalate issues when necessary.
  • Manage project risks, actions, issues, dependencies, scope creep, and work order changes in alignment with contractual practices.
  • Drive resolution of issues and ensure project delivery meets expectations.
