Your Mission

  • Support the OR1 Project team in planning and coordinating surgical‑theatre integration and fit‑out projects valued between $100 K–$10 M.
  • Support the OR1 Business by assisting with the tender process.
  • Assist with budget monitoring and cost forecasting—processing invoices, tracking expenditures, and flagging discrepancies.
  • Coordinate communications and meetings with external stakeholders (government bodies, consultants, contractors, suppliers, engineers, other trades) and internal teams (finance, operations, marketing, sales, technical).
  • Maintain project documentation: change‑request logs, risk registers, regulatory compliance records, and drawing revisions.
  • Conduct site visits nationally as required—support on‑site works, inspections, quality assurance, and contractor coordination.
  • Identify, log, and escalate project risks and issues; help develop mitigation plans and manage change‑control workflows.
  • Prepare regular status reports, dashboard updates, and presentation materials for the Senior Project Manager and executive leadership.
  • Conduct on‑site visits nationally as required

Your Talent

  • 1–3 years’ hands‑on project coordination/support experience, ideally in healthcare infrastructure, construction and AV integration.
  • Preferred knowledge in Project Management metholodology, Desirable certifications: CAPM or PRINCE2 Foundation.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and MS Visio; working knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Good understanding of healthcare facility environments, and construction fit‑outs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication—able to engage clinical, technical, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic financial acumen: budget tracking, cost‑variance analysis, and invoice reconciliation.
  • Flexible and resourceful, with readiness to travel nationally based on project needs.
