As an associate senior or lead project manager within our Agency Distribution Project Management Office, you’ll support our independent agents in the growth of their business. You’ll use tools and methodologies to work with project sponsors and manage large, complex projects. In this role, you’ll lead planning, communication, management, develop project scope and objectives, conduct stakeholder analysis, and drive organizational change management. Additionally, you’ll guide teams in gathering, testing, and implementing project requirements.
This is a remote position with occasional trips into our corporate headquarters in Cleveland, OH.

Must-have qualifications

  • A minimum of seven years of related work experience leading projects and project delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of four years related work experience leading projects and project delivery.

Preferred Skills:

  • P&C insurance industry experience.
  • Expertise in organizational change management, including identifying key stakeholders, understanding their needs, and developing strategies for engaging them throughout the change process.
  • Experience initiating and leading projects or programs with minimal direction or supervision, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Ability to maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed project plans, timelines, and defined deliverables.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard project management principles (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP, or other relevant certifications are a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to conduct presentations, prepare documents, present recommendations, and write status reports. Demonstrated ability to influence, consult, and collaborate with all levels of the organization, including senior business leaders, to achieve desired results.

    Compensation

  • $95,000 - $127,700/year

  • Gainshare cash incentive up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
