About the Role: The Associate Project Manager - SERRM plays a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within the SERRM framework. The role requires diligent tracking of project progress, risk identification, and proactive problem-solving to maintain project momentum. The Associate Project Manager will also facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. * At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles. * Proficiency with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent. * Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage stakeholder relationships. Preferred Qualifications: * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. * Experience working within the SERRM (Supplier Environmental Risk and Responsibility Management) framework or similar compliance programs. * Familiarity with environmental risk assessment and sustainability practices. * Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. * Experience in a regulated industry or with supply chain management.
