About the Role: The Associate Project Manager - SERRM plays a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects within the SERRM framework. This position involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations. The role requires diligent tracking of project progress, risk identification, and proactive problem-solving to maintain project momentum. The Associate Project Manager will also facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability. Ultimately, this position contributes to the efficient and effective completion of projects that drive business value and client satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. * At least 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles. * Proficiency with project management software and tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or equivalent. * Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage stakeholder relationships. Preferred Qualifications: * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. * Experience working within the SERRM (Supplier Environmental Risk and Responsibility Management) framework or similar compliance programs. * Familiarity with environmental risk assessment and sustainability practices. * Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. * Experience in a regulated industry or with supply chain management. Responsibilities: * Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. * Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones are met. * Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, escalating them as necessary. * Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting agendas, and documentation to stakeholders. * Support resource allocation and manage project documentation to maintain compliance with organizational standards.
