ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

• 2 years experience in Project Management managing one or more projects from inception through to closure within a commercial environment.
• Experience with PMO tools, like MS Projects, Jira, Smartsheets
• University degree
• Attention to detail, time management and influencing people skills
• Ability to help drive activities through others to meet the project timelines and goals
• Ability to write clearly and simply
• Accuracy
• Excellent communication skills in English

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

As an Associate Project Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment alongside program and project managers in delivering a host of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our diverse customer base. Our team is working with a wide scope of projects and programs, involving Network Infrastructure, Security etc. implemented at airports.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Managing independent projects throughout its full life cycle - project sizes will vary and may be part of a program.
• Working with Program and/or Project Managers, managing sub-projects or key task elements.
• Working with project teams that may be local or distant
• Hosting meetings as needed to gather and share project details.
• Working with customers, clarifying requirements communicating on project status or interacting with customer work teams on project activities.
• Project Management administration. Documentation can range from requirement summaries resource and project plans status reports change requests risks issues and variance reports to lessons learned.
