Open Positions Position A: Seismic Evaluation & Retrofit Strengthen and modernize critical structures through advanced seismic analysis and retrofit strategies. Key Responsibilities Support seismic evaluations and retrofit design Perform structural analysis and prepare calculations Develop technical documentation and reports Conduct site visits and field investigations Collaborate with architects, contractors, and consultants Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings Ensure compliance with California building and seismic codes Position B: New Construction & Retrofit (OSHPD Experience Preferred) Contribute to ground-up and healthcare structural projects within a collaborative delivery model. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing project scope, schedule, and budgets Prepare structural calculations and documentation Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and owners Support regulatory approvals and agency coordination Participate in construction administration Track project milestones and deliverables Position C: Building Systems Group – Associate / Project Manager (8–10 Years Experience) Lead renovation and tenant improvement projects within a highly collaborative Building Systems Group.
