Description

The Institute for Cybersecurity and Digital Trust is actively seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to fill the role of Project Manager. This position will be responsible for leading funded programs, notably, the CyberCorps Scholarship for Service (SFS) program and various student scholarships and competition programs. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient execution of program activities from planning the tasks, timelines and communication methods through final reports. The Project Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful implementation of student-facing grants. Assertive attitude, customer service posture and being highly detailed and accurate are of essential importance. Many grants are renewable, so compliance and timeliness in presenting a positive and growing program is essential.
CyberCorps: Scholarship for Service (SFS) is a national program designed to recruit and train the next generation of cybersecurity professionals for federal, state, local, and tribal governments. Ohio State is a proud participant of the SFS program through a multi-million dollar grant awarded by the National Science Foundation (NSF). Additional programs currently include the Midwest VICEROY Institute scholarship and training program, the US CYBERCOM research paper and competition, and several student professional organizations.
