About this Role We are seeking an Associate Project Manager to lead and deliver IT and telecom projects across Vodafone's Access Networks portfolio, including Radio, Transmission, Cable & Fixed, and IP Backhaul technologies. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering to operational and commercial readiness—within international matrix teams. The individual will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives, while coordinating both hardware and software integration efforts. What you will do Manage and execute standard projects involving software development, hardware infrastructure, and integrated systems. Lead all aspects of project management including scoping, planning, budgeting, training, and team coordination. Ensure compliance with governance processes and monitor project costs against benefits. Provide accurate progress reporting and escalate risks or issues efficiently. Develop and maintain project plans, communication strategies, and documentation for continuous improvement. Conduct lessons learned activities and maintain optimal system entries and reports. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to review and enhance delivery processes. Who you are A professional with minimum 3 years of experience in IT/TELCO project management. Skilled in delivering integrated HW/SW projects on time and within budget. Strong communicator and negotiator, capable of managing diverse teams and stakeholders. Experienced in conflict resolution and team motivation. Holds a degree in computer science, electrical/electronics/telecommunications, or management engineering. Certified in Prince2, PMP, SAFe/Agile or equivalent. Proficient in English (minimum B2 level). Knowledgeable in budgeting, financial management, third-party coordination, and stakeholder communication. Not a Perfect Fit?
