KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AND EVENTS FOCAL

  • Act as the team’s knowledge management publication and events focal person. Review submissions and provide input prior to seeking clearance from either the sector group front office or from DOCK
  • Maintain the team’s knowledge management database including the team’s sharepoint database.
  • Collaborate with the sector front office on securing timely clearance and publication of blurbs, and other announcements.
  • Assist colleagues in submitting their publication ensuring compliance with ADB’s publications policies and process.
  • Attend any user-testing acceptance or enhancement initiatives.
  • Provide backup support and perform other duties and ad hoc assignments as required and as reflected in the incumbent’s workplan.
  • Provide guidance and share knowledge to new analysts/colleagues in project / TA processing and administration

Responsibilities

As an Associate Project Officer, you will provide support and coordination to the portfolio performance of the Southeast Asia and the Pacific team by performing specific responsibilities. You will work independently and collaboratively to carry out a full spectrum of operational, analytical, knowledge and other support for the effective functioning of the team. You will provide technical assistance in project processing, administration, and contract administration.
