ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a growing care home group committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. To support our mission, we are undergoing a digital transformation initiative to implement best-in-class systems, including Nourish Care for digital care management and Sona for staff rostering and payroll.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Project Partner to oversee the end-to-end deployment and integration of Nourish Care, Sona, and other essential digital platforms across our care home group. You will lead the implementation process, manage stakeholders, and ensure seamless adoption and optimal configuration of these systems to support our operational and care delivery goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the planning, configuration, testing, and rollout of Nourish Care, Sona rostering & payroll, and other required applications.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between our internal stakeholders, software vendors, and implementation partners.
  • Develop and manage detailed implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables for each system.
  • Coordinate data migration, system integrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
  • Ensure each system is configured to align with regulatory requirements, operational workflows, and best practices in social care.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to ensure successful adoption across all care homes.
  • Monitor and report on implementation progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership.
  • Continuously evaluate system performance post-implementation and lead optimisation initiatives.
  • Stay informed of each system’s updates, enhancements, and compliance requirements.
