OVERVIEW

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a dynamic and motivated Associate Property Manager to support the strategic management of our property portfolio, including the Trust’s staff accommodation and leased premises.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy and Property, you’ll be instrumental in supporting leasing, acquisitions, disposals, and estate compliance across a diverse and vital portfolio – all while helping to deliver environments that support excellence in patient care and staff wellbeing.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience in estates, healthcare administration or property management
  • Strong knowledge of property legislation, leasehold management, and compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong analytical and project support capabilities
  • Experience managing or supporting complex property-related projects
  • Willingness and ability to travel independently across Trust sites
  • Experience working within healthcare or public sector estates desirable

Responsibilities

· Assist in managing the Trust’s property assets, ensuring accurate records and compliance.
· Support property transactions including leasing, acquisitions, and disposals.
· Lead on landlord and tenant matters – from rent reviews to lease negotiations.
· Oversee staff accommodation management at Littlemore, ensuring legal compliance.
· Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including contractors and professional bodies.
· Contribute to estate planning, policy development, and strategic projects.
· Provide leadership and support to the Accommodation Officer.
