Primary Responsibilities: Own quality assurance, testing and test reporting for assigned applications and application components Develop Test Scripts according to Acceptance Test-driven Development (ATDD), Behavior Driven Testing methods Performing regression, Sprint based regression using Jenkins scheduled jobs Use quality standard practices logging regression defects in JIRA and triage defect root causes and regression testing Analyze, use and create mock data to simulate REST web services Deliver software within an Agile (scrum) environment Assist in sprint planning, estimation, requirement analysis and review Collaborate with other teams across the portfolio to assure the success of the overall program Share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing with the scrum team Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge, learn, and innovate Stay abreast of leading-edge technologies in the industry Adapt and remain effective in a fast-paced, changing environment Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions to address complex business challenges with emphasis on responsible use of AI You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or related field 1+ years of hands-on experience in test automation 1+ years of experience developing automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright or similar tools 1+ years of experience in Automation Acceptance Test Driven Development framework implementation 1+ years of experience in testing applications in a cloud environment (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferably GCP 1+ years of experience in testing REST services Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare industry experience Agile JIRA experience Exposure to cloud technologies Proficient in using Integrated Development Tools such as IntelliJ, VisualStudio along with Source Control Systems such as git Thorough understanding of SDLC and specifically automated QA processes in Agile development environments Good understanding of multiple test automation frameworks and Dev Ops Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment, learn quickly and solve problems Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust to meet the needs of the audience Detail oriented with the ability to work with others during time constraints to meet deadlines *All Telecommuters will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group’s Telecommuter Policy. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
