ABOUT YOUR SKILLS

• 3+ years’ experience in an associate/system administration role.
• Strong understanding of system setup, administration, and network infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Experience with Octane testing tool, Jira, and other ticketing systems.
• Solid hardware knowledge.
• Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B1).
• Ability to use scripting languages (no full coding required).
• Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration), degree in Computer Science, or equivalent training.
• Strong logical thinking, creativity, and initiative.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM

Join our Quality Assurance team to support the testing of products and projects that are transforming passenger processing. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our systems - from check-in kiosks to biometric solutions - run smoothly, reliably, and securely.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Support project teams with installation and commissioning of systems (check-in kiosks, self-bag drop, secure gates, biometric and payment systems).
• Install and administer test systems needed for projects.
• Create test specifications and reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Execute and document tests for automated passenger processing applications.
• Analyze errors and log issues in a ticketing system.
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve problems quickly.
