Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated QA Fresher to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software development and testing processes and a keen interest in ensuring software quality through manual and automated testing. --- Key Responsibilities: · Assist in writing and executing test cases based on project requirements. · Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify bugs and usability issues. · Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues. · Document test results and log defects using bug tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla. · Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings as part of the Agile process. · Learn and implement basic automation using tools like Selenium (optional). --- Required Skills: · Basic knowledge of SDLC and STLC. · Understanding of different types of testing – functional, regression, smoke, etc. · Familiarity with bug tracking tools. · Good communication and analytical skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Eagerness to learn and grow in the QA domain. --- Preferred Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. · Exposure to programming/scripting languages (.Net, React) is a plus. · Basic understanding of automation tools like Selenium is a bonus. · Any relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) will be considered a plus.
