The candidate is to support OB New Product evaluation, pre launch and post launch process monitoring and, and he/ she is expected to:

  • To support OBQA product development team on the preparation of sample for pre screening and sensory evaluation
  • To assist on the compiling of pre screening and sensory evaluation data, generate the report and send for the Manager for review
  • To conduct the new product assessment and evaluation to ensure products meet design specification, comply to Own Brand Quality Management and Food Safety Management System
  • To assist of the liaising with the engaged third party laboratories and audit firm on the scheduling on the product testing and plant audit
  • To assist in the data entry into the company system for report generation
  • To assist the Manager to work closely with other cross functional on the scheduling for product assessment and evaluation
  • You may assist in ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager
