You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events. As an Associate, Quality, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all deliverables meet CACTUS’s established quality standards and client expectations. You will be responsible for reviewing outputs, identifying quality gaps, providing actionable feedback, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across teams. Please note that this role has rotational weekend working. Responsibilities Review and evaluate deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards, guidelines, and client requirements Perform detailed quality checks to identify errors, inconsistencies, deviations, and opportunities for improvement Assess outputs for accuracy, clarity, completeness, and adherence to defined instructions or style guides Provide clear, structured, and constructive feedback to relevant stakeholders to improve quality outcomes Document quality findings, observations, and trends using defined quality trackers and reporting tools Analyze recurring quality issues and support root‑cause analysis and corrective actions Participate in regular quality audits and reviews to assess adherence to processes Collaborate with production, operations, and training teams to drive continuous quality improvement Support calibration exercises to ensure consistency in quality evaluation standards Ensure confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance with internal policies at all times Meet assigned timelines while maintaining accuracy and consistency across deliverables Qualifications and Prerequisites Bachelors degree in any field 1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, review, editing, or audit‑based roles Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work with guidelines, quality frameworks, and review tools Exposure to academic publishing or content quality roles is a plus Application Process Before applying, please ensure you meet the role requirements listed above and have legal authorization to work in the country where this role is advertised.
