PRIMARY PURPOSE:
The Associate Quality Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement across production, engineering, purchasing, and supplier operations. This role ensures that all products meet engineering specifications and quality standards. The Associate Quality Manager will lead quality assurance initiatives, manage a team of Quality Auditors, and oversee key quality functions, including supplier quality, field returns, nonconformance reporting, and the quality quarantine area. The role is also responsible for maintaining compliance with FNA Group’s quality systems and processes.
